Springtime is here! Sunshine, warm weather, day trips and family time are what many in the United States have been deprived of over winter. While stuck inside, many turned to comfort foods that are high in calories, sodium and sugar in the winter.

That said, it’s no coincidence that offices see a rise in visits from those suffering from the many symptoms associated with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).
