Dr. Joseph Roth is board certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. Prior to his position at GANJ, he was the Chief of Medicine and Chief of Gastroenterology at St. Mary’s Hospital in Passaic, NJ.
Education & Training
Prior to completing a fellowship in gastroenterology at the University of Connecticut in Farmington, CT, Dr. Roth completed residency and internship in internal medicine at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York, NY.
He received his medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, PA, and his bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ, graduating with high honors.
Awards & Recognition
Dr. Roth is currently a member of the American College of Physicians and the American Gastroenterological Association. He is a Castle Connolly Top Doctor. He has also been named Top Doctor by New Jersey Monthly and Inside New Jersey.
